Return & Refund Policy

At Forever Yours Engraving and Design, we take great pride in creating custom crystal keepsakes just for you. Because each piece is personalized and made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or there is an error in engraving.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will be happy to review your request and provide a replacement if necessary.

Please note:

• We cannot offer refunds for custom orders due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect information provided at checkout.
• Refunds will only be processed if we are at fault due to damage during shipping or production errors.
